Quick and satisfying. Not a real cake by any stretch of the imagination, but for something you can make start to finish in under 5 minutes (well just about), you gotta love it. I’ve found the texture of these microwave cake recipes lend themselves well to carrot style cakes or black forest and stuff like that. Amanda and I enjoyed the hell out of this one.
